Terms of Sale

Last updated · 07 May 2026

These terms govern any order placed with Bloomiva Ltd ("Bloomiva", "we", "us") through bloomiva.ltd. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them. Please read them carefully — the prose is short, the meaning is plain.

1 · Who we are

Bloomiva Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16984183. Our registered office is 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF.

2 · Orders

An order is an offer by you to purchase the items in your bag at the prices and on the terms stated. We accept the offer when we send a dispatch confirmation email — at that point a contract is formed. If we cannot fulfil the order (for example, an item is mispriced or out of stock) we will let you know and refund any payment.

3 · Pricing

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable.
  • Shipping is shown at checkout before payment.
  • We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

4 · Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our payment processor. We do not store full card details.

5 · Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; legal title passes to you once we have received cleared payment in full.

6 · Cancellation & returns

Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Full details are in our Returns policy.

7 · Defects

If a candle arrives damaged or defective, write to director@bloomiva.ltd within 14 days with photographs and we will replace it or refund you in full, including return postage where applicable.

8 · Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be lawfully excluded. Subject to that, our maximum liability under any contract is the price you paid for the goods.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
