Shipping

We dispatch from our atelier on Great Portland Street twice a week — Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed before 11am London time on a dispatch day will go out the same day.

United Kingdom

• Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £4.50 — 2 to 3 working days.
• Express (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £8.50 — next working day.
• Free standard shipping on orders over £80.

Europe

• Tracked: £14 — 4 to 7 working days.
• Customs duties and import VAT (where applicable) are payable on delivery and are not included in the price at checkout.
• Free shipping on orders over £150.

Rest of world

• Tracked: £24 — 7 to 14 working days.
• Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Free shipping on orders over £200.

Packaging

Each candle is wrapped in unbleached glassine, nested in a fluted recycled-card box, and tied with a hand-stamped paper band. The outer carton is recycled, recyclable, and free of plastic tape.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us. If a parcel hasn't moved for five working days, write to director@bloomiva.ltd and we'll chase it.

Lost or delayed

Royal Mail considers a UK parcel lost after 10 working days, and an international parcel after 25. Once a parcel is officially lost we'll send a free replacement on the next pour day or refund the order in full — your choice.
